Conversation yesterday
“Jimmy, why all the emergency supplies?”
“Um, weren’t you here for the last earthquake in ‘92?”
“Sure, but I was OK. Nothing happened where I was.”

Listen, I’ve never had my house burn down, but I have INSURANCE just in case it does. That’s what we are doing here.
